another day, another creation (well not a day, more like a couple weeks). it's been a fun month in terms of working on cool stuff. i just gave a friend his new little buddy -a new munny! he's been asking "where's mine?" for a while now, so i got my butt in gear and made one in his own excessive SWAGGA styles. this one was just as fun to make a my 'noodles' munny because i love sculpting things. and this one was a lot of sculpting and a little less painting. the idea was to make the most blinged out munny this world has ever seen! and what is more blinged than a solid gold munny (gold PAINT people haha!) and more swag then he can carry? well this little dood here! so here you go world, meet BIG SWAGGA!

new munny: mizz sprinkles!

so a friend asked me to make her a replica of a munny i made for my cousin the cake decorator. my first commissioned work! this is exciting stuff!! i was so happy to do it. i kept the style the same but added a few extras just to make it special for her. shes crazy into candy so i molded some clay candy pieces and star sprinkles and voila! MIZZ SPRINKLES was born! i was so glad she liked it. this is why i love doing this stuff for people: i love making things, and i love it when the things i make create the happiest faces when they see them for the first time. its the best feeling ever. so here she is...MIZZ sprinkles!

this past weekend was my cousin's baby's 1st birthday! so to help with the celebrations i was asked by my cousin (auntie of the little birthday boy) to help with the cake. now anita is an amazing cake decorator. she does these cakes that just blow your mind (think ace of cakes on the food network). so for her nephew's 1st birthday we teamed up and made the most spectacular birthday cake this little man has ever seen!

so the cake was made by nita (http://www.eatmorehappy.blogspot.com/) and the animal figurines were made by me! it was fun project for us cousins to work on together and i can't wait to do more collaborations with her!
